Orders once shipped cannot be returned. They are packed really well to be transit safe, but just in case you receive a damaged piece, send it back and I will be happy to issue a refund within 5-7 days of receving the returned item or if possible, a replacement.
As these are handmade pieces, there is bound to be some variation between the images on the screen and the actual product.
